Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager in a full-time role. You will drive sales through rental agreements, provide exceptional customer service, and support deliveries, pickups, and merchandising at store locations and customer homes.

The position requires 1-3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You will be expected to lift and move product and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in-store and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading, and installation following safety procedures.
