Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rental agreements and new customer acquisition. You will provide friendly, high-quality service in-store and in customers' homes, handling deliveries and pickups with care.

You will also help maintain an inviting, clean store environment and support merchandising efforts. A 1-3 year background in retail or customer service is preferred, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive growth through completed rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a helper mindset in-store and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely following procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting with organized product and clean spaces.
