Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager in a full-time capacity. You will drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and by prospecting new customers, while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and in customers' homes.

You will manage deliveries, pickups, and merchandising, maintaining an inviting store environment and ensuring safety and compliance in all loading/unloading activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through “white glove” service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
