You will engage customers with a friendly, responsive approach, drive new business, and participate in merchandising and daily store operations. This full-time position offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and new customer opportunities.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers’ homes.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups, including installation while following safety and handling procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store and organize products with attention to cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
