Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental sales, deliver excellent customer experiences, and manage deliveries and pickups in stores and customers' homes.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You should be able to lift products and communicate effectively with customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail/customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through completed rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart.
• Handle deliveries and pickups safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Merchandise the store and maintain an inviting, clean environment.
• Assist with loading/unloading and store operations in customers' homes.
