Job summary

Blue Sky Evolution is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support client meetings, coordinate communications with customers and leads, and handle administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing sales environment and room to advance quickly.

You will assist senior sales staff during meetings and presentations, help qualify leads, generate proposals via a proposal app, and help build relationships across the industry.

Qualifications

• Action-oriented and highly motivated.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Flexible, eager to be challenged in a fast-growing environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings between clients and sales staff.
• Assist senior salespeople during client meetings and presentations.
• Generate proposals using a proposal generation app.
• Meet customers during meetings and calls and build industry relationships.
• Qualify and collect information from incoming leads.
• Support day-to-day sales team operations.
