Pink Rose Clothing is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant / Sales Associate in New York to build lasting relationships with customers and buyers, coordinating meetings, preparing samples, and supporting cross-functional teams to drive timely production and delivery. The role emphasizes client service, market trend awareness, and achieving sales goals.

You will collaborate with Costing, Production, Shipping, and Design teams while maintaining accurate customer data in AMT and Private PLM systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for buyer meetings by organizing samples, CADs, colors, inventory information, and other needed materials.
• Follow up on buyer comments and requests after meetings.
• Organize and clean up samples and materials after buyer meetings.
• Maintain inventory charts and organize samples.
• Track samples coming in and going out.
• Present company products and services to customers and buyers.
• Keep customer information and sales activities updated in the AMT & Private PLM systems.
• Track sales goals and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Understand customer needs and share buyer feedback and market trends with appropriate teams.
• Work closely with Costing, Production, Shipping, and Design teams to support timely production and delivery.
• Stay updated on the ladies’ apparel market, seasonal trends, and sales calendars.
• Work with the sales team to support customers and achieve sales goals.
