Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue and to ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents. You will maintain prospect records, assist in lead follow-up, coordinate move-in paperwork, and help prepare residents and families for the decision process.

The role requires 1+ year of sales support or customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales support or customer service experience.
• Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and service-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system.
• Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations.
• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files.
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership.
• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets.
• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist.
• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day.
• Support on-site sales and marketing events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families.
