Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales support or customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system.
• Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations.
• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files.
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership.
• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets.
• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist.
• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day.
• Support on-site sales and marketing events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families.
