Job Purpose

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team to ensure efficient processes to drive sales and communication to all departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the sales team through account and order management
• Provide reporting of collections and inventory
• Manage photoshoot process to successfully execute content for market materials and retail partners
• Create line sheets and manage samples for market
• Work closely with Sample Coordinator on all showroom samples and incoming samples

Qualifications

• BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate clearly using apparel terminology
• Basic understanding of wholesale apparel operations and sales process
• Strong organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated, organized, pro-active and have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to build and cultivate relationships with all cross functioning departments
• Flexible and able to accept and embrace changing priorities with a positive attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player with ability to be productive independently and on a team setting
• Knowledge of production PLM systems (Blue Cherry)
