Job summary

New Home Star partnered with Hayden Homes is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant in Montana to support the sales team with essential administrative tasks and marketing efforts. You will greet visitors to the model home, handle phones and emails, generate reports, log visitor data, and assist with social media, events, and signage while keeping the model home inviting and ready for showings.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a background check;

How You Will Contribute:

As a Sales Assistant with Hayden Homes, you will support the sales team with key administrative tasks and creative marketing efforts.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and assist all visitors to the model home, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the Hayden Homes brand.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, generating reports, and preparing documents.
• Track and log visitor activity, collecting guest information and feedback to support follow-up and sales insights.
• Assist with marketing efforts, such as social media support, community events, flyer distribution, and signage placement.
• Maintain the model home’s appearance, ensuring it stays clean, organized, and ready for showings at all times.

Compensation:

• $16.00 - $18.00 / hour, depending on experience
