This role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a background check;

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Background check is required.
• Part-time schedule with weekend availability.
• Proven professional communication and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist visitors at model home.
• Answer phones, manage emails, generate reports.
• Track visitor activity and feedback.
• Support marketing efforts (social media, events, signage).
• Maintain the model home appearance for showings.
