• Assist Sales Communication: Closely communicate with sales team and regional sales dealers regularly.
• Assist Sales Correspondence: Write letters to customers and dealers, compose email correspondence.
• Assist Lead Distribution: Organize and distribute show leads and other incoming leads.
• Assist Quotations and Proposals: Support sales team in composing and distributing quotations.
• Assist Sales Tools Development: Support creation and distribution of sales tools.
• Assist Sales Event Preparation: Responsible for coordinating sales events and meetings.
• Assist Shipping: Coordinate machine shipping and communicate with brokers and customers.

Job description

This position is responsible for assisting Sales Coordinator Supervisor. The sales team includes: Regional Sales Director and Manager, other sales staff, regional sales dealers, as well as some technical and Japanese-based staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Communication: Closely communicate with sales team and regional sales dealers regularly and support their needs.
• Assist Sales Correspondence: Write letters to customers and dealers, compose email correspondence, prepare and /or distribute internally and externally sales-related paperwork, policies, and correspondence on behalf of sales team.
• Assist Lead Distribution: Organize and distribute show leads and all other incoming leads to sales team.
• Assist Quotations and Proposals: Support sales team in composing, distributing, and filing of all Plant and Unit quotations, proposals, leasing agreements, and other machine sales related agreements and contracts.
• Assist Sales Tools and Promotional Tools Development: Support creation and distribution of sales tools including photography, videos, letters, postcards, flyers, newsletter e-mails, SNS post materials, and other items required by sales team. Occasionally review English translation of sales documents and brochures published out of Japan Headquarters. Responsible for organizing and distributing sales related documents, promotional material and other tools to dealers, xxxxx Japan, and customers.
• Assist Sales Event Preparation and Coordination: Responsible for coordinating sales events, trade shows, seminars and meetings including: creation and mailing of invitations, customer and internal accommodation reservations, food arrangements, attendee/RSVP tracking and confirmation, customer survey, advertising, schedule coordination, literature distribution, etc.
• Assist Shipping: Coordinate and arrange machine shipping, both domestic and international. Closely communicate with sales team, shipping brokers and customers for successful machine deliveries on time. Coordinate flow of shipping documents and correspondence. Arrange FedEx and other courier shipments requested by sales team.
