MOHR Talent in Florida is seeking a Sales Assistant to join a well established distributor of luxury hardware and decorative building products. This in-person role supports sales reps, coordinates with builders, contractors, and homeowners, and helps ensure projects stay on schedule.

You will learn pricing, quoting, procurement, and consultative selling while developing toward your own sales desk. The schedule is Monday to Saturday with one weekday off.

Formación

• 1+ years in customer service, admin, sales support, showroom, retail, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• ERP, CRM, or order management experience is a plus.
• Interest in luxury products, interior design, construction, or architecture is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales reps with customer quotes, proposals, and order processing.
• Assist builders, contractors, architects, designers, developers, and homeowners.
• Keep customer and project information accurate in the ERP system.
• Answer questions on product availability, order status, lead times, and delivery.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.
• Track open orders and keep customers and teammates updated.
• Follow up with domestic and international suppliers on lead times and shipments.
• Learn pricing, quoting, procurement, and consultative selling.
