Job summary

Arrowhead Roofing is seeking energetic Sales Assistants to join our field team in the Dallas area. You will be the first contact with homeowners, knocking doors, initiating conversations, and scheduling roof inspections to help grow our sales pipeline.

This role is outdoor and field-based, offering on-the-job training, a clear path to higher earnings through performance, and W-2 employment with benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Market our services by distributing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Report your activity and results daily to the sales/management team.

Arrowhead Roofing is looking for energetic, outgoing Sales Assistants to join our team. This is an active, field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, talking to people, and growing into a high-earning sales position.

You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers—generating leads, scheduling roof inspections, and helping homeowners take the first step toward repairing or replacing their roof.
