Job summary

Arrowhead Roofing in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring energetic Sales Assistants to generate leads, knock on doors, and help homeowners take the first step toward roof repair or replacement. This field-based role is outdoors, fast-paced, and designed to teach you real sales skills from the ground up.

You will start with $500 per week training pay for six weeks, then transition to performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort working on foot and outdoors.
• Self-motivation and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and follow a proven process.

Responsibilities

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods.
• Start conversations with homeowners and schedule roof inspections.
• Work alongside a salesperson and help keep their inspection calendar full.
• Track activity, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Market our services by distributing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Report your activity and results daily to the sales/management team.
• Learn real sales skills that can take your income to the next level.
