Job summary

Arrowhead Roofing is seeking energetic Sales Assistants to join our field-based team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, talking to people, and growing into a high-earning sales position.

You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, generating leads, scheduling roof inspections, and guiding homeowners toward repairs or replacements. Training starts with $500 per week for six weeks, followed by performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with initiative to follow a proven process.

Responsibilities

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods.
• Start conversations with homeowners and schedule roof inspections.
• Work with a salesperson to keep their inspection calendar full.
• Track activity, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Market services by distributing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Report daily activity and results to the sales/management team.
• Learn real sales skills that can lead to higher earnings.
