Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking a Sales Arborist to serve as a trusted advisor to property owners, ensuring the health and safety of trees, plants, and landscapes. You will develop and grow your assigned territory by building long-term relationships with clients and prospects, while diagnosing landscapes, providing expert recommendations, and preparing service estimates.

In this role you will coordinate with crews, oversee project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, or Landscape Management preferred but not required.
• Outdoor role requiring being in the field and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your assigned territory by building long-term client relationships.
• Diagnose and monitor landscapes, provide expert recommendations, and prepare service estimates.
• Coordinate with crews, oversee project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Network, generate referrals, and create new business opportunities.
• Represent SavATree at community and industry events and advocate for environmental stewardship.
