Job Title: Tree Care Advisor

Truetimber Arborists is seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic sales team. As a Tree Care Advisor, you will provide expert arboricultural advice to our clients, contributing to our mission of maintaining healthy and beautiful trees in the community. We are committed to customer satisfaction and environmental stewardship. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth through client engagement, needs assessment, and tailored solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team and make a significant impact in the green industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate tree health and recommend appropriate services, including preparing concise, well-written proposals for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate proactively with the operations team to ensure successful service execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulations. Contribute to our weekly blog (Urban Forest Dweller) and social media content.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency services.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist
• CVNLA Certified Horticulturist (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of arboriculture experience
• Ability to assess tree health and diagnose issues accurately
• Knowledge of tree care practices, pest management, and safety protocols
• Ability to work 50 hours per week
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong sales and customer service skills
