Almstead Tree and Shrub Care, a family-owned arboriculture firm established in 1964 and TCIA accredited, is seeking passionate professionals to join our team in New Rochelle, NY. We offer competitive compensation, year-round work, benefits, and relocation assistance.

Compensation: $65,000 - $200,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and expand a well-established territory in Southern Westchester County.
• Diagnose and provide estimates for tree, plant health care, and lawn care for residential and commercial clients.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and bid for services.
• Supervise crews and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prospect for new business and uphold safety standards.
• Participate in community and industry events to promote the company and enhance your professional network.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to establish and grow a sales territory.
• Knowledge of tree, plant, and lawn care.
• Ability to diagnose and price tree care treatments accurately.
• Skills in preparing and presenting proposals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Two or four-year degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• ISA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
