The role collaborates with inside and outside sales, customers, and service contractors to resolve questions and issues, ensuring successful product deployment.

This on-site position will support Rheem North America and Heat Transfer Products Group, located in Lawrenceville, GA or Scottsboro, AL, emphasizing refrigeration

• Provides pre- and post-sale technical service and product support to equipment owners, service contractors, customers, and the outside sales team for the ColdZone, Russell, Witt, and Kramer name brand product lines.
• Supports inside & outside sales and manufacturing in all manner of technical refrigeration product questions and issues.
