Job summary

AMETEK Chatillon Products seeks a Sales Applications Specialist to serve as the primary commercial and technical resource for Chatillon products including force measurement, materials testing, torque and weighing solutions. You will help customers select, configure, and purchase products, while enhancing the e-commerce experience and digital sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales or product support.
• Working knowledge of force measurement, materials testing, calibration or related equipment.
• Ability to translate customer applications into technical solutions and sales opportunities.
• Experience supporting e-commerce, digital lead generation, and online product tools is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and product selection support for Chatillon force, materials testing, torque, and weighing products.
• Respond to customer, distributor, and sales inquiries through phone, email and other digital channels.
• Convert technical inquiries and web leads into qualified sales opportunities.
• Support key customer accounts and partner with sales teams to progress opportunities.
• Improve e-commerce product listings, technical specs, FAQs, and online tools.
• Develop training materials, webinars, demonstrations, and technical documentation.
• Monitor competitive products and digital sales approaches to strengthen market position.
