Position Summary

The retail Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a hybrid role focused on customer service and basic vehicle maintenance. This role serves as a pipeline for future career advancement, learning all store operations and balancing customer interaction with vehicle service tasks.

Pay Range

$17.05 - $25.52

Responsibilities

1. Customer service, sales, issue resolution (75%)
2. Basic vehicle services (oil, tires, fluids) (25%)
3. Store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed

Growth Opportunities

• Assist or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development
• Learn all aspects of store operations and perform both front and back shop tasks

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid automobile driver's license
• Customer service and growth mindset
• Ability to complete required training and learn vehicle services
• Ability to operate store systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent training/certification demonstrating growth mindset
• Previous retail sales experience
• Automotive or supervisory experience a plus
