The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role serving as a key pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role involves assessing customer needs, recommending products/services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely service completion. Successful individuals will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively alternate between customer interaction and basic vehicle service tasks.
Pay Range: $13.95 - $20.88
