We’re looking for an experienced S&OP Planner to join a growing packaging company that combines custom solutions with real-time data to deliver smarter, faster service to top-tier brand partners.
In this role, you’ll be the operational point person for two major customer programs, owning the planning, forecasting, and fulfillment processes from end to end. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership, purchasing, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure inventory and production are aligned with customer demand and shipping schedules. From analyzing forecast data to managing blanket POs and ensuring timely order releases, this is a dynamic and high-impact role that requires precision, adaptability, and great communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer forecasts, dashboards, and reports to develop accurate production and fulfillment plans.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align inventory levels with demand and production capacity.
- Manage blanket purchase orders and releases, ensuring timely replenishment and shipment of goods.
- Track outstanding POs, match released vs. manufactured inventory, and flag any variances.
- Maintain accurate SKU data, documentation, and product lifecycle tracking.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support launches, campaigns, and ongoing program performance.
- Own the daily operational communication with key accounts to ensure service level expectations are met.
- Provide data analysis and ad-hoc reporting to management, supporting decision-making and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, operations, or related supply chain roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with multiple data sources and systems.
- Goodorganization and time management, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Clear and effective communication skills across teams and with external partners.
- A team player with a solution-oriented mindset and willingness to adapt and improve existing processes.
