KIDSUNITED Walpole is expanding to Walpole, MA and seeks an enthusiastic Youth Soccer & Early Development Coach to inspire kids aged 1.5 to 9. You will lead structured, high-energy classes, follow the KidsUnited curriculum, and help children build confidence, coordination, and soccer skills while engaging families daily.

Join a team launching a brand-new KidsUnited location, coaching part-time to full-time schedules with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Soccer experience is required, either as a player, coach, or trainer.
• Experience working with children is required.
• Strong communication with children, parents, and teammates.
• Good time management and organization to keep classes on schedule.
• Comfortable leading kids through structured activities and following the KidsUnited curriculum.
• Positive, dependable, energetic, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, high-energy classes for kids ages 1.5 to 9 years old.
• Follow the KidsUnited curriculum and class structure.
• Help kids build confidence, coordination, body control, teamwork and soccer skills.
• Create a positive, encouraging environment for kids and families.

About the Role:

KIDSUNITED Walpole is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Youth Soccer & Early Development Coach to inspire the next generation of players in Walpole, MA! ages 1.5 to 9 years build confidence, coordination, soccer skills, and life-skills through fun, structured soccer classes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, high-energy classes for kids ages 1.5 to 9 years old
• Follow the KidsUnited curriculum and class structure
• Help kids build confidence, coordination, body control, teamwork and soccer skills

• Classes run smoothly, safely, and on schedule

Schedule and Pay

• We have opportunities for both smaller part-time schedules and larger, more consistent weekly schedules
• Classes are held weekday afternoons/evenings from approximately 2:15-8:30pm & weekends from approximately 8:15am-2:30pm
• Coaches must be available November 15-22 for training and the grand opening weekend. Training hours will be Mon-Friday 12-8 and Saturday & Sunday 8-4.
• Coaches must be available for at least 3 shifts per week
• We are hiring for consistent weekly schedules ranging from 3 to 6 shifts per week, based on availability, experience, and class needs
• Expected hours are approximately 15-35 hours per week
• Evenings and majority weekend availability is required
• Pay: $20-$25/hour based on experience

What We’re Looking For

• Soccer experience is required, either as a player, coach, or trainer
• Experience working with children is required
• Qualified candidates should have either:
• o At least 1 year of youth soccer coaching experience, or
• o At least 1 year of experience working with children, combined with a background playing soccer
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and teammates
• Good time management and organization skills, with the ability to keep classes moving and on schedule
• Comfortable leading kids through structured activities and following the KIDSUNITED curriculum
• Positive, dependable, energetic, and coachable
