Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Greater Orlando, with some work from home being acceptable. The role is 100% commission. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for new staff. The role involves a combination of fieldwork and digital marketing activities to drive sales growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

1. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
2. Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets
3. Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
4. Sales & Marketing knowledge with the ability to develop and implement strategies
5. Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
7. Familiarity with the Greater Orlando market is a plus
