We provide a complete professional playbook and hands-on leadership training to help you pivot your customer-facing experience into a lucrative corporate marketing and sales career. No prior B2B marketing experience is required - your people skills are your greatest asset.

What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

• Client Engagement & Marketing: Execute localized marketing and sales strategies for businesses in the West Hollywood and greater Los Angeles area, acting as a trusted brand ambassador.
• B2B Relationship Building: Present solutions face-to-face to local business owners, driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Daily Strategy & Alignment: Participate in morning team workshops, development huddles, and ongoing coaching sessions to sharpen your skills.
• Goal Tracking: Track pipeline metrics, hit weekly benchmarks, and contribute to a supportive, high-energy team environment.
