In this role, our next Marketing Associate will take the lead on in-store campaigns, driving sales through face-to-face interactions, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies. Our hands-on approach consistently exceeds client expectations, boosts brand visibility, and generates strong weekly sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, clients, team members, and senior leadership
• Execute high-impact, in-person marketing and sales campaigns within retail partner locations
• Increase brand awareness and revenue by actively promoting products and closing sales with new customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that lead to repeat business and long-term customer loyalty
• Identify customer needs and confidently present tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or team-based environments preferred
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade
