The Lea Agency, LLC is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative in Wisconsin to help clients select the right home, auto, umbrella, and life coverage. This in-office role is based in DeForest or Waunakee, offering collaboration with a supportive team and opportunities for advancement.

You will build relationships, sell American Family Insurance products, and conduct risk assessments while staying current on underwriting guidelines and compliance.

About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families choose the right insurance protection—home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance. You’ll exclusively sell American Family Insurance products, working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where proactive communication is essential.

This is an in-office position located in DeForest or Waunakee, Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Sell and cross-sell American Family personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, life).
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure clients are properly protected.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, prospects, and teammates.
• Manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the team to reach agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance expectations.
