Job summary

The Lea Agency, LLC is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative in Wisconsin to help clients select the right home, auto, umbrella, and life coverage. This in-office role is based in DeForest or Waunakee, offering collaboration with a supportive team and opportunities for advancement.

You will build relationships, sell American Family Insurance products, and conduct risk assessments while staying current on underwriting guidelines and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

• Sales experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients to assess needs and recommend coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell American Family personal lines products.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure clients are properly protected.
• Communicate clearly with clients, prospects, and teammates.
• Manage leads, follow up, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the team to reach agency goals and deliver a great customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance.
