About the Role

As aMarketing and Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families choose theright insurance protection—primarilyhome, auto, umbrella, and life insurance. What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Sell and cross-sell American Family personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, life).
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure clients are properly protected.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, prospects, and teammates.
• Manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the team to reach agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance expectations.
