Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing/sales leadership.
• Senior care experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Proactive with issue resolution and relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations and provide leadership to care and office teams.
• Visit local referral sources daily and develop relationships that generate client leads.
• Attend local senior care meetings/events to raise community awareness.
• Present to case managers, nurses, discharge planners educating them about services.
• Strategize and direct operations to achieve goals and growth.
• Develop partnerships and alliances to drive revenue and growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction and effective resource utilization.
• Maintain referral logs, update leads in CRM, and follow up as needed.
• Adhere to compliance practices and company administration policies.

Senior Helpers ofLawrenceville, a leading international senior home care company is seeking a dynamic leader to run our Lawrenceville, GA location. The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing new and innovative marketing methods. This leader’s essential objective is to drive strategy and scale growth. A key role of this position will be to create an environment and culture that provides strong vision, direction, and support to teams that will impact the company’s growth and ensure success for all. The ideal candidate is an experienced Health Care Sales professional who can help us continue to grow. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have an in-depth hands-on experience in marketing and sales development in home care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the day-to-day operations, provide daily support and leadership to care and office teams.
• Visit local referral sources daily and develop relationships that lead to client leads.
• Attend local Senior Care meetings and events to help us bring awareness to community.
• Provide power point presentations to local case managers, nurses, discharge planners and offices and educate them on our services and how we can be of help to their clients.
• Strategize, organize, and direct business operations to achieve goals, directives, and vision. and mission of the company.
• Formulate strategies for both new and existing partnerships, joint ventures and/or alliances
• Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.
• Participate in the development and implementation of specific strategies that will ensure high-quality client care and effective utilization of resources, for growth and financial viability.
• Ensure optimal client satisfaction and experience.
• Create daily logs to update referral visits and follow up opportunities.
• Update new leads in CRM and follow up as needed.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local compliance practices.
• Adhere to processes and practices around company administration and policy.
• Oversee accurate time keeping and records; collaborate with Payroll.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape. Identify opportunities for market and client expansion, and new business development.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Senior care experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience
• Possess a strong business acumen
• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Proactive with foreseeing potential issues and providing multiple resolutions
• Strong collaboration skills with both subordinate team and corporate partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
• Ability to learn software programs quickly.
