Fleet Landing is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and motivate our Sales Counselors, developing measurable goals and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process on our Florida campus. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations or equivalent experience
• Three (3) or more years' successful sales experience and experience as a sales manager
• Experience in a senior living/continuing care retirement community preferred

• Supervise the day-to-day activity of the Sales staff
• Lead and motivate the sales counselors to achieve all sales goals
• Participates in and promotes vendor relationships
• Plan and execute weekly goals for lead contact
• Interact with leads and turn those leads into depositors and Residents of the community
• Occasional night/weekend work to support marketing events

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations or equivalent experience

Experience:

Three (3) or more years' successful sales experience and experience as a sales manager, preferably within a senior living/continuing care retirement community
