Job summary

Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach is seeking a dynamic Associate Executive Director to provide leadership, operational oversight, and ensure delivery of resident-centered care across all areas of our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7–10 years of leadership or senior management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to mission-driven leadership and performance.
• Support the Executive Director in translating organizational strategy into operational plans and measurable objectives.
• Promote a positive, Resident centered culture that encourages staff engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of high quality services across all areas of the community.
• Manage operational functions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies.
• Serves as the Executive Director's operational backup for emergency preparedness, risk management, and regulatory surveys.
• Monitor financial performance to achieve at or above established excellent thresholds as measured by net Operating Margin (NOM, NOM-A) and other key financial key indicators.
• Supervise and mentor department managers and leaders; provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, donors, regulators, and the broader community.
