Fleet Landing WELLInspired Living in Florida is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead, inspire, and motivate our Sales Counselors. You will develop, implement, and monitor measurable sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of successful sales experience and prior sales management, preferably in senior living/continuing care retirement community.
• Aligned with Fleet Landing's Vision, Mission and Values.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activity of the Sales staff.
• Lead and motivate the sales counselors to achieve all sales goals.
• Participate in and promote vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute weekly goals for lead contact.
• Interact with leads and convert them into depositors and Residents.
• Occasional night/weekend work to support marketing events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations or equivalent experience

Experience

Three (3) or more years' successful sales experience and experience as a sales manager, preferably within a senior living/continuing care retirement community
