Job summary

A Unit of Kailash Group is seeking a field sales & marketing executive to promote animal feed directly to dairy farmers, cattle owners, distributors and retailers across Maharashtra and Gujarat. This role requires extensive rural travel and live field activities.

Candidates with 1-4 years in animal feed or dairy sectors, multi-larm language skills, and a two-wheeler are preferred. Salary is fixed plus incentives; TA/DA provided. Apply via resume submission.

*Location:* Kaman / Vasai / Palghar + Field Work in Maharashtra & Gujarat (Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, Surat, Ahmedabad belt)

*Salary:* Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 30,000 + TA/DA + High Incentives

*1. JOB ROLE:*

We are looking for an energetic and farmer-friendly Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our animal feed products directly to dairy farmers, cattle owners, distributors, and retailers.

*2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

*A) Field Sales & Business Development:*

• Visit dairy farms, cattle sheds, poultry farms, and villages on a daily basis
• Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers
• Appoint and manage Distributors, Dealers, and Retailers in assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales targets for cattle feed bags

*B) Farmer Relations & Marketing:*

• Explain product benefits to farmers - milk increase, animal health, weight gain
• Conduct farmer meetings, demos, and small camps in villages with our team
• Distribute samples and collect feedback from farmers
• Build strong trust and long-term relationship with farmers (Yadav samaj, dairy co-operatives)

*C) Market Intelligence:*

• Track competitor brands, pricing, and schemes (Kapila, Godrej, Suguna, etc.)
• Report daily market demand, farmer problems, and new opportunities
• Give input for new product development

*D) Reporting & Collection:*

• Daily visit report on WhatsApp / App
• Ensure timely payment collection from dealers
• Maintain stock and sales records of assigned area

*3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / http://B.Sc Agriculture / Diploma in Animal Husbandry preferred
• Experience: Must have field sales experience in Animal Feed / Cattle Feed / Poultry Feed / Fertilizer / Dairy / Veterinary Medicines
• Skills:
• Must know local language - Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati
• Two-wheeler with valid license is compulsory
• Good communication and convincing power with farmers
• Age: 22 - 38 years
• Local candidates from rural background will be preferred
