Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Trump International Hotel and Tower New York is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with genuine Passion, Drive, and Enthusiasm to Never Settle.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the Sales Team and servicing groups. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer phones and assist with inquiries
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders for groups and transient accounts
• Services all aspects of each group after the contract is signed, including monitoring of room blocks and reservations with Sales Managers and Director of Revenue
• Coordinate functions and events held at the hotel with direction from the Sales Team
• Assist with site visits
• Assist with amenities and requests
• Complete all office supply orders for sales & executive office
• Assist with preparation of travel for Sales Team
• Liaise with other Hotel departments as needed
• Assist with running reports as needed
• Ensure Sales & Recreations systems are updated and accurate once group programs go definite

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• Prior luxury hotel experience a plus
• Ability to take ownership of situations
• Ability to work closely with team members
• Tactful, courteous, and able to motivate others
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Knowledge of general software programs
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
