Job summary

Liberty Pawn and Gold is seeking a motivated Pawnbroker / Sales Associate for our Fredericksburg location. You’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problemsolving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
