As a Sales and Leasing Agent, you will be compensated with a base salary plus a lucrative commission program for home sales and rentals, with top performers earning over $100k annually. You will develop and execute creative sales and marketing plans to drive business, working collaboratively to meet or exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Leasing (~70%)
  2. Market, sell, and rent homes within Havenpark Communities to meet business plans
  3. Proactively generate and manage leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  4. Utilize prospecting, networking, call campaigns, open houses, and community events
  5. Show homes to prospects, highlighting features and benefits
  6. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining Havenpark's image
  7. Guide prospects through the sales process, organize closings, and complete all documentation
  8. Follow up with prospects and customers, logging all communication in CRM
  9. Manage sales agreements, including calculating sales tax and running credit checks
  10. Create an exceptional buying experience, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  11. Maintain knowledge of products, communities, competition, and market trends
Resident Relations and Referrals (~20%)
  1. Foster resident satisfaction within your community
  2. Follow up with new residents and encourage referrals
  3. Engage with current renters to convert them into homeowners
Other (~10%)
  1. Complete tasks accurately and timely
  2. Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings
  3. Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop strategies
Requirements
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with proven success
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, and professional
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Team player, receptive to feedback, and able to follow directions
  • Committed to self-development in sales, marketing, and technology
  • Enjoy self-generating sales through outreach and marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in real estate, new home sales, B2B, or B2C preferred
  • Physical ability to sit, walk, and lift materials as needed
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
