The Sales & Enrollment Manager leads, manages, and mentors the Sales & Enrollment team to support the Trinity Health PACE mission and achieve strategic growth objectives. This position is responsible for meeting enrollment targets, developing referral sources, expanding community awareness, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring compliance with all PACE enrollment requirements.
This role is ultimately responsible for driving census growth, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring a high-performing sales and enrollment operation that supports the Trinity Health PACE mission of helping older adults live safely and independently in the community.
