Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in healthcare sales, and proven leadership in sales strategy and referral networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• Experience leading sales and enrollment teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales & Enrollment team.
• Develop and execute annual sales and enrollment strategies.
• Achieve enrollment goals within the assigned territory.
• Manage referral pipelines and enrollment conversion rates.
• Ensure CMS, state PACE regulations, and Trinity Health policies compliance.
