Job summary

AA Marble & Granite (dba Crowe Custom Countertops) seeks a Sales & Design Consultant to work directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers to bring countertop projects to life. You will be involved from initial consultation and material selection through quoting and project completion.

The ideal candidate combines a customer-focused mindset with a creative eye for design, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

The Sales & Design Consultant works directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and other customers to help bring their countertop projects to life. From the initial consultation and material selection through quoting and project completion, you will be a trusted partner throughout the customer experience.

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused and have a relationship-oriented personality, strong sales and communication skills, a creative eye for design and attention to detail, ability to listen to customers and understand their needs, strong organizational and follow-up skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, comfortable working with computers, email, CRM, estimating, and design software, ability to understand measurements and basic project specifications, positive attitude and willingness to learn, and team player who takes personal responsibility for results.
