International Stone Gallery in New York State is seeking a motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing showroom team. You will design spaces, assist clients, and drive sales from concept through installation, coordinating with production and installation crews.

You will design using 20/20 or similar CAD software, advise on countertops, and deliver polished quotes. A 1+ year track record in design/showroom roles is preferred, with strong communication and

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Moraware or Action Flow is a plus.
• Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month (AM ½ day only).

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines design, customer service, and sales, helping homeowners transform their kitchens and bathrooms from concept to completion.

You’ll work directly with clients to design beautiful, functional spaces while supporting showroom operations and coordinating with production and installation teams.

What You’ll Do - Design & Sales

• Design residential kitchens and bathrooms using 20/20 or similar CAD software
• Guide customers through countertop selections
• Deliver professional showroom sales presentations
• Prepare accurate quotes and project estimates

Customer Experience & Showroom Support

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Answer inquiries about products, pricing, and timelines
• Maintain showroom displays and product samples
• Coordinate appointments, sample requests, and follow-ups

Project Coordination

• Work with home owners, contractors, project managers
• Track projects from initial design through installation
• Ensure accuracy of all orders, drawings and documentation

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of kitchen & bath design, sales, or showroom experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
