Qualifications

• 2-4 years of financial and analytical experience.
• Strong modeling and solid database skills required.
• Experience with planning systems and reporting technology (TM1 and COGNOS familiarity preferred).
• Experience with business intelligence tools and developing data visualizations (Power BI preferred).
• Very strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Highly effective communication skills (listening and presenting ideas).
• Previous sales or sales experience preferred; collaborative work style; occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes variances to plan and prior periods and recommend actions.
• Prepares financial models for strategic customer decisions.
• Support automation and consolidation of data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Enhance data governance processes for data quality and reporting.
• Run simulations on what-if scenarios to evaluate solutions.
• Design and produce monthly/quarterly/annual performance analytics and decks.
• Prepare reporting packages with trend analyses and variances.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial models to support senior management.
• Provide reporting to support sales effectiveness, pricing integrity, and contract compliance.
• Develop relationships with outside sales and customer contacts.
• Act as secondary contact to customers’ key contacts.
• Assist in negotiations of favorable agreements to gain wallet share.
