Job summary

FleetPride in Dallas, TX is seeking an Account Representative for the Customer Support Center. You will act as a liaison, provide product and service information over phone or email, and resolve issues for FleetPride's largest regional customers to support sales excellence.

Responsibilities include handling calls, writing orders, providing order tracking, quoting terms, and updating pricing matrices while collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Supply Chain to meet customer needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Ability to grow into an Inside Sales position.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the Customer Support Center by handling calls to the CSC’s sales line and providing exceptional service.
• Develop customer relationships, write orders, provide order tracking, answer questions and address concerns about past/future orders.
• Estimate, quote, discuss contract terms, address warranty, delivery status and issue credits for large regional customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal and Supply Chain to support client needs and bids.
• Create and maintain reports to drive the sales process and pricing updates.
