Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Business Analytics/Reports professional to develop and manage Sales reports across accounting, promotions and category management within the sales department. This role supports the Sales Support Team to proactively define report needs and deliver analytics that drive performance.

You will build and maintain a report database, partner with Branch Executives and Sales Management to track metrics across business segments, and develop tools to evaluate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience.
• Excellent computer skills including strong Microsoft Office Skills.
• BI Oracle experience is preferred.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Ability to self-manage workload and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and math/accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Sales Support Team to meet the overall needs of the Sales Department; i.e. identify and define report needs proactively as well as when requested
• Develop and manage report database to ensure proper analytics of current and past business
• Partner with Branch Executives and Sales Management to identify, develop, analyze, manage and report on various metrics to measure success of specific business segments
• Process, analyze and track sales figures from Sales Managers and prepare reports related to metrics for events
• Develop and manage analytical tools to evaluate promotional activity
• BI Sales Report system - responsible for learning capabilities of system and managing necessary reports
• Relationship building - develop and maintain ongoing working relationships with members in other departments
• Partner with Sales Managers on presentations containing critical information in order to make recommendations for new and existing customers.
• Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities.
• Provide computer technical and analytical assistance where needed
• Other duties may be assigned
