Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Business Analyst to create reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for sales planning and growth opportunities. The role collaborates with leaders to guide strategies and ensure accurate market intelligence.

The position is hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) with candidates local to Tampa, FL encouraged to apply. You will work across data sources to drive revenue, profitability and market share.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analytics or planning.
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with diplomacy and discretion.
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, meet deadlines.
Analytic and reporting skills with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Data analysis and reporting: PowerBI, SAP WebIntelligence, Excel; create reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with leaders on business planning, metrics, and reviews.
Develop sales materials, manage goal-setting, and support incentive programs.
Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and other strategic materials.
