Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Tampa, FL seeks a Business Analyst who will create reports, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to support sales planning, performance analysis, and growth opportunities. You will partner with regional leaders to drive pricing, forecasting, inventory decisions, and market intelligence.

This is a hybrid role (2 days in office, 3 days remote). You will use PowerBI, SAP WebIntelligence, and Excel to deliver dashboards, quarterly reviews, and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analytics, business planning and/or equivalent analytics role.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills and diplomacy.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and Reporting skills with sound judgement and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze data with PowerBI, SAP WebI, and Excel; generate reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Business Planning and Strategy Support: develop materials like sales plans and performance assessments; track initiatives.
• Pricing, Inventory and Forecasting: partner with revenue management to analyze pricing models and manage inventory.
• Sales Materials and Goal Management: prepare presentations for reviews and planning meetings; manage incentive alignment.
• Market intelligence: conduct GAP and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
