Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking an Analyst, Sales Operations and Analytics to join the Analytics & Insights team. You will partner with regional sales, sales enablement, IT, and cross‑functional teams to deliver reporting, analyses, and operational support that improve commercial execution.

The role focuses on distributor and market performance, incentive program tracking, Trax data management, and Annual Business Planning, translating data into actionable insights for better business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or commercial analytics.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze distributor depletion, shipment, inventory, and sales data.
• Produce standardized sales reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
• Support distributor incentive programs and target development.
• Prepare presentations summarizing performance and implications.
• Collaborate with regional sales, IT, and data partners.
